### What exactly does the buyer receive?

At closing, the seller transfers the home profile: assets and appliances, receipts, warranties and their terms, service history, manuals, floor plans, photos and vendor contacts. The buyer owns it from then on and can keep adding to it. The seller keeps their own copy.

### I’m a developer. Does this work for new builds?

Yes. New builds are a good fit because you already have the specs, materials, plans and warranties. Document them once per model or unit and give each buyer a complete profile at handover.

### Does Plutus Homes replace my agent?

No. Plutus is built around the agent relationship. Licensed agents still handle representation, negotiation and compliance; Plutus gives everyone the same documented record to work from.

### Who can see my documents?

Only the people you grant access to. Sharing is per property and revocable, and we don’t sell personal information. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

### Is messaging end-to-end encrypted?

No, and we won’t claim otherwise. Traffic runs over HTTPS/TLS and documents are encrypted at rest, but messages are not end-to-end encrypted. What we do guarantee is scoped access: participants are permissioned per property and can be removed at any time.

### Are AI estimates official appraisals?

No. Pricing context and estimates are informational only. Use a licensed appraiser for anything that carries financial or legal weight.

### What does it cost?

Pricing isn’t public yet. Beta participants aren’t charged during the program, and we’ll give plenty of notice before that changes.
