3. SMS and Mobile Phone Information

Plutus Homes uses SMS messaging solely for user-initiated login and account verification purposes.

When a user enters their mobile phone number in the Plutus Homes application and selects “Send OTP,” “Get Verification Code,” or a substantially similar option, the user requests that Plutus Homes send a one-time SMS containing an authentication or verification code.

SMS messages sent through this program are transactional authentication messages. Plutus Homes does not use this SMS program to send marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency depends on the number of authentication or verification requests initiated by the user. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers and subcontractors solely as necessary to provide supporting services, such as telecommunications, SMS delivery, authentication, hosting, security, customer support, and other services necessary to operate Plutus Homes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell SMS consent information or mobile phone numbers for third-party marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, authentication, communications, security, analytics, technical support, and infrastructure providers.

These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf and subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
